Guide training
Training includes how to teach/facilitate our core curriculum, with regard to awareness games and practices, survival skills, ancestral arts, as well as group dynamics and meeting individual needs. We’ll weave various threads of our teachings into this training, accelerating learning and skill development.
We’ll dive deep into the skills of a facilitator:
How to lead circles
Nature games and debrief to build greater meaning
Songs and stories to build connection to each other and nature
Neurobiology of adolescence and how to work with it
Flow state and activities to teach it
Way of council and non-violent communication
Foundation models and skills of eco-psychology and eco-therapy
Psycological models of attachement theory
Curriculum for exploring sex, gender,
Conversations about and scaffolding group discussions about race, class, power, and privilege

Educator:
Are you an educator wanting to learn how to weave nature connection and skills to support your students in rites of passage?

Naturalist/skills enthusiast:
Are you a naturalist and/or practitioner of ancestral arts, interested in learning how to share these skills with youth to support their transitions?
