1-on-1 Mentoring
Hiking, biking, skills practice, surfing…all while mentoring in a nature-based coaching format. From casual conversations to deep listening to guided processing of challenges, we can support youth. This approach to working with teens keeps people embodied which helps to plant good memories like seeds and process emotional challenges. If greater training/skills are required for the need, please see references below:
Eco-therapy/Coaching
Explore a deeply nature connected approach to support. With nature as our container, we explore somatic practices for self healing and inspiration. Integrating music and movement can support embodiment of visions and goals. We utilize tools such as flow state, forest bathing, sound bath, qigong, mindfulness with the intention to guide individuals towards their best self.
